How to sign a document

To sign a document just go through these steps

1.
integrate into your document a piece of HTML such as 

 <P>
 <address><a NAME=bp
 HREF="http://consult.cern.ch/xwho/people/03132">
 BP</a>16 June 1994

2.
find your own ccid by giving your name to the phone directory (from the CERN home page) and selecting it. It will then appear in the URL-window of Mosaic.
3.
cut and past your own ccid into the prepared HTML and correct initials and date.
